Building new Town Centers in Age of Empires 2: Return of Rome
In order to build a new Town center you must first reach the Bronze Age and build the Government Center.
You will need town centers to produce new villagers and thus have a better economy.
In many cases it is more convenient to build a city center than a warehouse, because in the warehouse, for example, you cannot store food collected from farms and berries, and of course you cannot produce inhabitants.
